Lucas Lee founded Lithos Luster Interior Design (LLID) upon a singular operational conviction: authentic architectural integrity requires unbroken personal stewardship. Deliberately avoiding the fragmented, assembly-line model of large corporate agencies, Lucas operates as an independent consultant—directing each selected commission personally from structural layout deduction to millimeter-level job-site verification.

Rooted in the intense metropolitan context of the Greater Bay Area, his methodology bridges rigorous tectonic discipline with pragmatic human scale. To Lucas, genuine refinement is never measured by applied ornament, but by the quiet certainty of proportion, the calibrated wash of natural daylight across unadorned plaster and timber, and the enduring resilience of construction details tested by decades of daily touch.

"Establishing domestic tranquility and daily operational efficiency through continuous public volumes and concealed tectonic storage."

Conceived as an architectural sanctuary within dense Shenzhen, the residence unifies the living, dining, and kitchen zones into a continuous spatial datum framed by subtle micro-vaulted ceiling plaster that washes soft daylight across the timber partitions. Storage and utility corridors are fully integrated within flush architectural surfaces.

作为高密都会中的安定庇护所，项目将客、餐、厨整合成一条流动的公共中轴线，微弧天幕将漫反射柔光倾泻于立面之上，以极致克制消除视觉杂质。

"High-fidelity physical translation from conceptual spatial intent to completed, calibrated inhabitation."

For this 120-square-meter urban residence, the project demonstrates an uncompromising 1:1 correspondence between digital spatial simulation and final built reality. By reorganizing the compact floor plan around a luminous axial spine and bespoke multifunctional joinery, the design maximizes daylight penetration while resolving dense family storage.

达成方案推演与落地实景间严苛的 1:1 高保真还原。中小户型的从容与开阔，本质上建立在毫米级的放线公差与节点精度之上。

"Crafting an oasis of spatial quietude and disciplined geometry at the heart of the metropolitan core."

Set high above Shenzhen's energetic city center, this residence serves as a spatial filter against urban sensory overload. A disciplined material palette of muted walnut, honed natural stone, and seamless micro-surfacing establishes a grounded, meditative rhythm across both private and shared domains.

居于都会高处，阻隔外部过载噪音。低饱和胡桃木与哑光石材的纯粹配比，在公共会客区与寝区之间建立起沉静内省的节奏。

"Balancing the delicate interface between daylight, tactile materiality, and classical proportion."

In Xinghe Dandi, traditional architectural symmetry is stripped of historicist ornament and distilled into crisp contemporary proportions. Daylight is treated as the primary construction material, softly sculpted through bespoke relief detailing, recessed coves, and warm textural finishes.

古典建筑的对称与比例被剥离了繁复符号，萃取为干净现代尺度。阳光被视作核心营造建材，在考究凹槽线条间被柔和重构。
